Joseph Stark is a visionary educational leader who has spent over a decade challenging traditional boundaries and empowering students to achieve their full potential. As a teacher, he transformed classrooms into dynamic hubs of creativity using project-based learning and design thinking. His impact extended globally as a founding leader of HT Nanjing Impact Academy in China, where he led initiatives empowering students to take on leadership roles, personalized their learning using focused impact goals, and inspired student to pursue their passions. As Assistant Principal at Rocklin Academy, Joseph used human-centered design to develop empathetic, proactive solutions for 1200 TK–8 students. His work nurtures academic excellence while developing compassionate and resilient students. Joseph’s favorite quote is “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable” and he believes education isn't just about core content—it's about shaping the next generation of empathetic and innovative leaders.
